All permanent jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with an original receipt.

Warranty Services (With Original Receipt)

Repair (all original parts present): Free

Add extra link (bracelet, anklet, ring, necklace, body chain): $10

Replacement Policy

- A non-negotiable replacement fee applies if the jewelry is lost, even with an original receipt.

- Replacements are available only for the same style listed on the original receipt.

- Customers may select a different chain only if the original chain listed on the receipt is out of stock at the time of service.

- Permanent jewelry made with a clasp is not replaceable if lost.

- Replacement applies only to the damaged portion of the piece. Full chain replacement is provided only when the entire piece is damaged.

Free Replacement (Custom Permanent Jewelry Only)

Free replacement is provided only if:

- There is a verified manufacturing defect, or

- The piece has visibly tarnished and turned black

Note: Gold-filled jewelry may naturally lose some yellow tint over time. This is normal wear and does not qualify as a defect.

Replacement Exclusions

- Scratched or stretched chains and charms are not eligible for replacement. Chains may be tightened or adjusted when possible, but no replacement will be provided.

- Permanent jewelry made with a clasp is not replaceable if lost.

- Permanent rings or necklaces that can be easily removed over the head or finger are not eligible for replacement if lost.
