Warranty, Returns & Permanent Jewelry Policy

At Timeless Luxury LA, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and our craftsmanship. This policy outlines our warranty coverage, return guidelines, and permanent jewelry services. Please review carefully, as all purchases and services are subject to the terms below.

 

 

1. Original Receipt Requirement (Important)

An original receipt is required for all of the following:

  • Warranty services

  • Repairs

  • Replacements (Only of the same style)

  • Returns or exchanges

Accepted Receipt Formats

  • Original email receipt

  • Original text message receipt

  • Original paper receipt

Not Accepted

  • Screenshots

  • Photos of receipts

  • Forwarded receipts

  • Edited or altered receipts


Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to retain their receipt. Without a verified transaction, services cannot be provided

If a receipt is lost, we may attempt to locate the purchase in our system using:

  • Email or phone number

  • Last 4 digits of the card used

  • Exact purchase date and approximate time

If the transaction cannot be verified, all warranty coverage is void.

 

 

 

 

2. General Jewelry Warranty – “Forever Promise”

Scope:
Applies to all Timeless Luxury LA jewelry, including permanent and non-permanent pieces, with an original receipt.

What We Cover

  • Manufacturing defects, including:

    • Loose jump rings

    • Chain links failing under normal wear

    • Beads or components coming loose

  • Tarnishing only if the jewelry has turned visibly black. Note: Gold-filled jewelry naturally losing some yellow tone over time is normal and does not qualify as a defect.

  • Charm replacement if tarnished or lost due to a manufacturing defect
    (Excludes DIY charm jewelry)

What We Do Not Cover

  • Loss or theft

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, surface marks)

  • Damage from misuse, accidents, chemical exposure, or third-party alterations

  • DIY charm jewelry (not water-resistant and excluded from lifetime warranty)

Important Note on DIY Charm Jewelry:
Customers must remove DIY charm pieces before showering or water exposure. These items are not covered under the lifetime warranty.

 

 

3. Repairs (With Original Receipt)

  • We will attempt to repair a broken item at no charge if:

    • An original receipt is provided

    • The repair is physically possible

Repairs are not guaranteed if the item cannot be restored.

 

 




 

 

4. Permanent Jewelry Policy

All permanent jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with an original receipt.

Free Services (With Original Receipt)

  • Repairs, if all original components are present

  • Replacement of damaged portions only if there is:

    • A verified manufacturing defect, or

    • Tarnishing (turning visibly black)

Note: Gold-filled jewelry naturally losing some yellow tone over time is normal and does not qualify as a defect.

Replacement Guidelines

  • An original receipt is required. We do not accept screenshots, photos of receipts, forwarded receipts, edited or altered receipts.

  • Replacements must match the exact style listed on the receipt

  • A different chain may be selected only if the original chain is out of stock

  • Replacement applies only to the damaged portion

  • Full chain replacement is provided only when all components are damaged

Permanent Jewelry Exclusions

  • Scratched or stretched chains (adjustments may be offered, no free replacement)

  • Permanent jewelry made with a clasp is not replaceable if lost

  • Permanent rings or necklaces that slide off over the head or finger are not eligible for lost replacement

 

 

5. Lost Permanent Jewelry Replacement Fees

(Original Receipt Required)

Hand Chain Components

  • Hand chain (full): $45

  • Middle part + ring (both lost): $30

  • Middle part only: $20

  • Ring part only: $10

Other Permanent Jewelry

  • Bracelet: $30

  • Anklet: $40

  • Necklace: $65

  • Body Chain: $75

 

 

6. Additional Permanent Jewelry Services

  • Add extra link (bracelet, anklet, ring, necklace, body chain): $10

External Jewelry or No Receipt

If the jewelry was not purchased at Timeless Luxury LA, or no receipt is available:

  • Re-welding or repair service: $30

 

 

7. Returns & Exchanges (Change of Heart Policy)

Timeframe:

  • Within 30 days of purchase

  • Original receipt required

Eligible Options

  • Exchange for an item of equal value

  • Full refund to the original payment method

Item Condition Requirements

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • In resellable condition

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

  • Permanent jewelry (once welded or cut)

  • Engraved jewelry

  • Custom-made or custom-adjusted pieces

  • All sale items
