Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted shipping carriers USPS, UPS, and DHL to ensure your orders are handled with care and speed.
Order Processing Time
Typically, we process orders within 3-4 business days for in stock items and 5-10 business days for made to order items. We really appreciate your patience with our made to order items! Each piece is carefully crafted and made with love so it will definitely be worth the wait.
During peak holidays and other special occasions, our processing time may extend to 7-9 business days for in stock items and 2-3 weeks for made to order items. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders under $75, shipping costs are covered by the customer. We offer free shipping in the United States on orders over $75.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide! Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping label you choose during checkout and where you are located.
International orders take anywhere between 15-25 business days and orders within the United States usually take about 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that order processing time for in stock items take 1-2 business days, while made-to-order items take between 5–10 business days.
We also offer in-store pickup. Our pick hours are:
Monday-Thursday 10 AM - 9 PM
Friday-Saturday 10 AM - 10 PM
Sunday 11 AM - 8 PM

Shipping Times
