Does it take longer around the holidays?
It can. During the holidays and other busy times, in-stock pieces can take 7 to 9 business days to pack, and made-to-order pieces can take 2 to 3 weeks. If it's a gift, order early so it gets there in time.
How do I track my order?
We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours. Contact us right away and we'll take care of it.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is with the carrier, we can't replace it if it's lost or stolen, so please file a claim directly with them. For USPS, you can start here. If you need your tracking number, just ask.
What if it arrives damaged or it's the wrong piece?
