International orders take anywhere between 15-25 business days for delivery depending on the country of destination. Please see Shipping for more information.

Warranty & Repair

We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry! We will repair, replace, or re-plate your jewelry free of charge if it breaks or fades. See Warranty to get started.

Yes, we offer pearl restringing services starting at $40.

Yes, we offer yellow gold, rhodium, and rose gold re-plating starting at $40, regardless of whether you bought the jewelry from us or not.

No, we do not offer cleaning services for your jewelry, but we recommend using warm water, diluted dish soap, and a soft bristle toothbrush to clean your jewelry! You can also use a polishing cloth to wipe away any dirt and debris. See Luxury Care for more information.

We can fix the jewelry you bought from us if it breaks for free with our lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, we are not able to fix broken jewelry if it’s not a piece from us. 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day in-store and 100-day online return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return if purchased online and 30 days if purchased in-store.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Yes, you have 24 hours to cancel an order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

Payments & Safety
