Returns + Exchanges
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at email@example.com.
We offer a five year warranty for all of our jewelry. If an item that you purchased breaks or fades completely within five years from purchase, we will repair, replace, and/or re-plate your jewelry free of charge. We want to ensure the best customer service and keep your happiness as our top priority.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Delivery time will vary depending on the shipping label you choose during checkout and where you are located.
International orders take anywhere between 15-25 business days and orders within the US usually take about 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind that order processing time for in stock items take 1-2 business days, while made-to-order items take between 5–10 business days.
We really appreciate your patience with our made to order items! Each piece is carefully crafted and made with love so it will definitely be worth the wait.

We gladly accept custom orders if you are searching for something specific and cannot find it on our website. Please fill out our custom order form and let us know what kind of materials, stones (if any), and style you’re interested in.
Adding inspiration photos is a plus so that we know exactly what kind of style you are envisioning. We can create a custom piece for you with diamonds, platinum, 14k yellow or white gold, rose gold, etc. Let’s bring your dream jewelry piece into a reality!
No one likes broken jewelry, so we are here for you to bring your pieces back to life.
We offer pearl restringing services if you have a pearl necklace or bracelet that has broken, whether it was from us or from somewhere else. If your pearl piece is out of the one year warranty window, then all repairs for restringing pearls start at $40.
We offer yellow gold re-plating, rhodium re-plating, and rose gold plating for your jewelry whether you bought it from us or not. Depending on the size of the piece, re-plating starts at $20
If you have jewelry that needs a proper cleaning, come drop off your piece(s) at The Grove and we will have it cleaned and ready for pick up for you within one week! Or ship it out to us and we will ship it back.
All Other Repairs
Whether you have a broken chain or broken earring, we can fix anything! Fill out our repair form, include photos of your broken jewelry, and send it out to us to have it repaired back to original condition.
