1. Measure your finger by wrapping a strip of paper around your finger.

2. To acquire the perfect fit, make sure the paper is snug to your finger. This will ensure the best fit.

3. Make sure to mark the strip of paper to measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

4. Use the conversion chart below to find your perfect fit ring size.

Make sure when measuring your ring size your body temperature is neutral, neither too hot nor cold.

It’s advised to measure your finger prior to eating and drinking because our bodies naturally swell from high sodium and alcohol intake.
